Shear was fully operational 5 years ago when taken out of service and placed in storage. The blades had been sharpened and are on the fist edge. Had rebuilt all the hydraulic hold downs a few years before it was taken out of service. Powered mechanical back gage is fully functioning. Power is 480 3 phase.
