Removal
Bidder winners are responsible for removing all their purchased lots from asset location on or before the removal deadline. Buyers with items left on site after deadline are subject to fines per day or could be subject to abandonment with no further recourse. standard removal hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time of the auction location.
All purchased items will not be released until payment has been received in full, wire transfers must clear and checks must be guaranteed by the bank in order for payment to be considered received in full.
Rigger
Machinery Network Auctions will provide a list of riggers who have offered services for that sale, the list of rigger information is provided as a courtesy to our buyers.
Machinery removal is the responsibility of the buyer. All equipment must be removed in accordance with the specific auction timeline and terms of sale. Our employees will be on site to supervise equipment removal, but do not perform any packing/crating or rigging services.
Machinery Network Auctions reserves the right to deny any company or individual access to our auction sites. MNA does not endorse or represent any rigger or mover.
