Our Equipment Liquidation & Auction Process

1. Assessment Of Inventory

Machinery Network will thoroughly assess the value of your inventory to best maximize your return. Once we have an idea of the value of your surplus machinery, our team will prepare a custom auction event that suits your needs.

2. Preparing the Auction

Before the auction, you need to prepare the items for sale. This might involve cleaning, repairing, or presenting the machinery in a way that makes it appealing to buyers. You also need to organize the items logically for the auction, often grouping similar items together.

3. Marketing the Auction

Advertising the auction using our large customer database, targeted email blasts, website banners across multiple channels, social media, and brochure.

4. Conducting the Auction

On the day of the auction, the auctioneer will manage the bidding process. This can be a live auction, an online auction, or a combination of both. The goal is to create a competitive environment where buyers bid against each other, driving up the final sale prices.

5. Post-Auction Process

After the auction, there are several administrative tasks to handle, such as finalizing sales, collecting payments, and coordinating the removal of sold items. This phase also involves settling accounts with the auctioneer or liquidation company, including paying their fees and commissions.

Types of Machines To Liquidate
