Gary Treisman
President and CEO
Gary started Machinery Network in 1987 and has managed, appraised, and sold over $1 billion worth of machinery and related industrial assets. As the machine sales industry has grown, Gary along with our team created Machinery Network Auctions to work with clients to auction or liquidate their surplus assets. Gary received his education at University of the Witwatersrand (Jnb, South Africa). He was a successful stock broker from 1982 to 1987. Gary sat on the board for Locator Machinery and has held several leadership roles in multiple business organizations. He is an active member of MDNA and AMEA.
Dean Kampel
Executive Vice president - Machine Tool Division
As Executive Vice President at Machinery Network, Inc. (MN), Dean works closely with customers in OEM, tier one, and large job shops in aerospace & defense, mold die, medical and plastics manufacturers, as well as other metal working industries. As EVP/managing partner, his responsibilities also include overseeing all daily operations and management of Machinery Network's machine tool division.
Seth Geller
Vice President - Plastic Machinery Sales
Seth joined Machinery Network in 1995 and has been managing the plastics machinery division ever since. He is originally from Long Island, New York, home of the two greatest sports teams in the world: the Yankees and the Rangers. His goal has always been to make customers feel so comfortable with him on the phone that they have the confidence to make large used machinery purchases, knowing they're in good hands without ever having met him. When he is not busy making customers amazing deals on machines, he is at home, yelling at the TV during hockey and football games, or out playing hockey and other athletic activities.
Harvey Geller
Vice President - Fabricating Machinery Sales
Harvey has been in the used machinery business since 1974, and cofounded Best Machinery, Inc in New York. After selling his interest in the business to his partner, Harvey moved to California and joined Machinery Network in 1988 to specialize in fabricating machinery. When not working, he enjoys riding his horse and watching the LA Lakers.

In Loving Memory of Jeff Lee - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, colleague, and member of the Machinery Network family, Jeff Lee, who passed away on June 25, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. Jeff was, above all else, a devoted husband to Shawna, a loving son, a caring brother, and a loyal friend. He approached life with kindness, humility, and an endless curiosity about the world around him. Jeff was an integral part of the Machinery Network family, beginning in 1996. As an Accredited Appraiser with the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) and a longtime Treasurer of the West Coast Regional Chapter of the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA), he earned became one of the most respected professionals in the machinery industry on the West Coast. His absence shall leave an immeasurable void in the lives of Shawna, his family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. While we mourn his passing, we are deeply grateful for the time we shared and the cherished memories he leaves behind. The campfire will burn a little quieter and the conversations will never be quite as interesting, but Jeff's spirit will live on in our memories, the stories we tell, and the friendships he nurtured. Eric Raffin
Executive VP, Asset Management
Eric joined Machinery Network Auctions after 7 years as founding partner and managing member of a successful post-conviction, sentencing, and criminal trial consulting firm in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in executive level sales and marketing. Eric graduated with honors from UCLA and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School. With his background and experience, Eric brings a fresh and dynamic approach to providing MNA’s new and existing clients the service and professional attention they have come to expect. He is originally from Oregon, but has lived in Los Angeles since 1984 and is proud to say that he plans to call this wonderful city his home forever.
Dylan Cohen
Vice President of Business Development
Dylan Cohen is the Vice President of Business Development, where he oversees new partnerships and existing relationships nationally for Machinery Network. Dylan drives the firm’s strategic mandate to deliver best-in-class client experience and results by leveraging Machinery Network’s proactive, innovative, informed, and tailored approach to an ever-evolving industry. Dylan has a proven track record of exceptional leadership and strategic sales and operational execution. Prior to joining Machinery Network, Dylan spent over five years in the Commercial Real Estate world, successfully representing buyer’s and seller’s transacting in single/multi-tenant retail properties throughout the United States. Dylan also owned and operated a consumer lending business for over eight years, building a sales team of 20+ employees and navigated to a successful exit by way of merger.
