comprehensive rebuild including:
Realignment Table & Bed
1. Ground table and sub-table complete, re-scraped to fit bed ways
2. Re-aligned headstock & I.D. Spindle to proper center heights
3. Replaced lubrication system to ways.
4. Reassembled and test ran.

Realignment Spindle Slide
1. Dismantled spindle slide complete, and cleaned each item
2. Scraped slide ways (v-ways, flat ways) square and flat to spindle bores
3. Refit to bed ways
4. Reassembled and test ran

Electrical
1. All motors, switches, buttons, seal-tite, enclosures, fittings, etc. replaced
2. No panel work will be done (clean only)

Lube Systems
1. Repaired or replaced all oil lines and fittings not to quality standard
2. Installed manual lube pump

Mechanical
1. Headstock: Dismantled, cleaned all items, installed new bearings, seals & belts, and reassembled
2. Inspected all feed screws, gears, bushings, seals & bearing, and replaced or repaired as needed

Appearance
1. Clean, fill, sand, prime, and paint to EMR standard
