15 lb. accumulator head manufactured by Milacron. It was originally installed on a new T800 industrial blow mold machine we purchased June 1997. The head was pulled around October 2001 after we decided to convert the machine from a single head 15 lb machine to a dual head 13 lb. machine. We had just under 2 years of actual hours on the head itself.
