All of the machinery & equipment being in this sale is owned by Tekmart Integrated Manufacturing Services (TIMS), and, as such, what is being sold is potentially subject to VAT taxation and/or the payment of U.S. Customs Duty, depending on the Lot’s status under IMEX. When you bid you are acknowledging that you understand that you are solely and irrevocably responsible for the payment of any such additional tax/duty and waive any rights to claim otherwise. All sales are final and refunds will be given or invoices cancelled because a buyer claims ignorance of this fact. If you have any questions whatsoever in this regard, we encourage you to consult with professional brokers or your attorney regarding the law in both Mexico and the United States PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR BID. Both MNA and TIMS expressly disclaim any responsibility for the payment of any tax or duty which may be owed any governmental entity in Mexico or the U.S. as a result of your purchase. Additionally, each of these machines, lots 101, 102 & 103 – and only these lots - may be purchased for use in Mexico by another IMEX registered U.S. company, tax and duty free, by way of a “virtual” transfer, by Seller (who will provide all the necessary pedimentos and other paperwork to accomplish that transfer); Lots #107 & #108 (the 2 metallizer Kushan Puyan) were imported into Mexico, by TIMS, under bond rather than under IMEX, were manufactured in China and, as such, the buyer of these lots will be responsible for payment of the VAT and any U.S. duty, etc., if exported to the U.S.. Please Note: the duty due at U.S. customs varies based on manufacturing origin – you are solely responsible for knowing the attendant cost(s) of your purchase PRIOR TO BIDDING; All other assets, having been nationalized, so it is your sole responsibility to know that: If you are a Mexican company or individual intending to use what you purchase in Mexico, your purchase is subject to VAT; and, If you are a U.S. company or individual intending to repatriate the machine back to the U.S. your purchase is subject to the payment of both VAT tax in Mexico and U.S. Customs Duties, fees. etc., equal to whatever duties and fees which may have been due absent their previous, temporary, status under IMEX. In an effort to streamline the process by helping to expedite payments and checkout, if your total invoice is under $1,000, MNA will charge the entire balance to the credit card you registered with on Bidspotter. Your credit card will NOT be charged in advance. If you do not win anything you will not be charged.
